Introduction to HONGSHENG non-woven interlining product.
By using the excellent quality non-woven substrates of thermal bonded and high-quality hot-melt adhesives and advanced coating process makes the advantage of Hongsheng company . Therefore, Hongsheng non-woven interlinings are featured with its wide applications for ladies’ wear, casual wear, fashion dress as well as for fur and leather industry . The non-woven  substrates is made of 100% polyester or 50% nylon fibre, and the product weight range from 16-60g/sqm with good compatibility; strong bonding strength with the outer fabric made of polyester, cotton, wool, silk, flax and suitable for different light and heavy fabrics , good washing durability, resistant to dry cleaning and laundry washing, sand-wash and also enzyme-wash . Double-dot and paste dot coating keeps interlining very soft and smooth handle and just fit the need of the fashion requirement of "light, thin, soft, and slipery" .
